At Excel Office Furnishings inc, we don’t just sell furniture – we create workspaces that inspire success. We believe that every desk, chair, and conference table is more than just a piece of furniture; it’s the foundation of productivity, creativity, and collaboration.
Warranty Terms
Excel Office Furnishings Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal singleshift use, for as long as the original enduser owns the product. Proof of delivery is the only accepted documentation for any warranty claim.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse, accident, or any modification performed by anyone other than Excel. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Excel. Remedies are limited to repair or replacement. When repairing or replacing components, Excel does not guarantee matching color, grain, texture, or dye lots. Transportation and labor costs are not covered. Excel is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Coverage Limits
- 12 years: Thermo
fused laminate - 5 years: Moving parts (slides, casters, locks)
- 5 years: PVC extrusions and accessories
- Not covered: Light bulbs and ballasts

Standard Standardized Exclusions & Terms
Original Purchaser: Coverage applies strictly to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Wear & Tear: Excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic degradation, oxidation of finishes, or damage caused by improper assembly, modifications, or abuse.
COM (Customer’s Own Material): Customer-supplied fabrics or leathers are subject to the fabric supplier’s warranty, not the chair manufacturer’s warranty.
Labor & Freight: Warranty covers replacement parts or repair at manufacturer discretion; labor and transit costs may apply depending on the vendor.
Excel Office Furnishings Inc. honors all manufacturer-backed warranties for products purchased through us. Detailed warranty claims are processed on behalf of the customer following the specific component timeline outlined by the manufacturer.
