Payments, Refund and Exchange, and Warranties Policy

Payments

We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, wire transfer, electronic funds transfer and cash. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order placement, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

  • Invoices are due by the specified payment date, and we might invoice parts of an order separately.
  • Orders are not binding until we accept them.
  • Quotations are valid for the period stated and may be adjusted or canceled as needed.
  • We retain ownership of products until full payment is received.
  • We may charge 24% interest per annum on overdue amounts.
  • If we need to use collection services, all related costs will be your responsibility.

Refund and Exchange

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. 

Time Frame: Exchanges if items are damaged on delivery must be made within 14 days of Purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Restocking Fee: A 40% restocking fee may be charged, subject to the manager’s approval based on the circumstances.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and “as-is” items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranties

We offer a 10-year warranty on all our office furniture products with a 5-Year warranty on mechanical components. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage: Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper assembly.
  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and fading.
  • Alterations: Any modifications or alterations made to the product after purchase.
  • Freight/Handling and Assembly: Warranty does not cover Freight and Labour.

For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the defective item at no cost to you.  The Company may require a short-written explanation and a photograph or digital image of the defective product. In some cases, an on-site inspection of the product will be required

Order Confirmation

We want to make sure everything goes smoothly with your order. That’s why we reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receiving it for reasonable causes, such as the unavailability of products or if there are any issues with payment conditions. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or pricing information error from our suppliers, we may need to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product(s) listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not payment has been made. If you’ve already paid for the purchase and we need to cancel your order, we’ll promptly issue a refund for the amount you paid for the unaccepted or canceled order. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase1.suppliers, the Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product(s) listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not payment has been remitted. If payment has been remitted for the purchase and the Company cancels the Customer’s order, the Company will promptly issue a refund equal to the amount remitted for the unaccepted or canceled order. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

We know how exciting it is to receive your order, so we offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and the size of your order. You’ll be responsible for all expenses related to delivering the product(s) to the location you specify. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control1. beyond our control.

Tax Obligations

We want to make sure everything is clear and straightforward for you. You’ll be responsible for all sales, use, excise, harmonized sales taxes, value-added taxes, and other levies and charges associated with your product orders. This includes any custom duties, clearance charges, or other destination fees. The prices we provide are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. We’ll show a separate line item for these taxes and charges on your invoice, where applicable, or set them out separately on online orders made using our site. This will reflect any charges and taxes related to the final destination of your product(s)
